'Language Journalism Festival' begins in Indore tomorrow

Delegates from SAARC countries will discuss issues related to language journalism at a festival beginning here from tomorrow.

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari will inaugurate the 'Language Journalism Festival' organised by the Indore Press Club (IPC).

During the two-day-long event, participants from the SAARC countries will deliberate on key issues associated with language journalism, IPC President Pravin Khariwal and General Secretary Arvind Tiwari said here today.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will be the chief guest at the concluding function, which will also see presentation of media awards, they said.

Twenty journalists will be presented awards.
