Sri Lankan MP Selvam Adaikalanathan today greeted AIADMK supremo and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa for winning the state assembly polls, and lauded the political culture evolved by her in Tamil Nadu.
"It is clearly evident to the world that your election to this position for the second term undoubtedly reflects the confidence and support that you enjoy among the general public," he said in his congratulatory message to her.
Jayalalithaa had evolved a new democratic political culture in Tamil Nadu which he said was appreciated by the society and "and have become a model to other politicians and administrators in the democratic world," he said.
Adaikkalanathan, Deputy Chairman of Committees, Parliament, wished Jayalalithaa good health, personal well-being and success in all her endeavours.
