Action would be taken against the employees who fail to take decisions and delay early clearing of files, the Chief Minister said.
The applicants, who approach the government, with their grievances, can keep track of the progress of their files through telephones, he said.
On transfer of employees, he said accurate guidelines would be followed and there would be no political vendetta.

Meanwhile, BJP Kerala president Kummanam Rajasekharan
termed as "wrong" the statement of Vijayan that the Prime Minister had declined to give an audience to the all party delegation.
Talking to reporters in Kozhikode, he said "if one has to meet the Prime Minister, his (Prime Minister's) time and convenience must be taken into account rather than visiting him at one's own convenience".
"A meeting desired by the Kerala delegation according to their terms could not be arranged. Vijayan is trying to take political advantage of the matter," he said.
