In thin trading, lead prices fell by Rs 2 per kg in the local non-ferrous metals market today largely due to weak demand from battery-makers.

However, copper, nickel and other base metals continued to trade at previous levels on some support.

In Delhi, lead ingot and lead imported traded Rs 2 each lower at Rs 120 and Rs 118 per kg respectively.

Copper mixed scrap and nickel (4x4) were unaltered at Rs 442 and Rs 1,091-1,095 per kg, respectively on some support.
