"Girls" creator and star Lena Dunham is back on her feet just three weeks after undergoing emergency surgery.
Dunham, 29, was hospitalised on March 5 after suffering a ruptured ovarian cyst as part of her ongoing battle with chronic gynaecological condition endometriosis.
She was treated and released to continue her recovery at home on March 7.

Dunham has now assured fans she was firmly on the mend as she stepped out to run errands in Los Angeles.
The star was photographed out and about in a red skirt and a T-shirt.
At the time of her hospital discharge, she reached out to fans on Instagram to thank them for their support.
"Thank you so much for the love. I'm safely out of the hospital and recuperating. Your well wishes mean the world. I can't wait to be up and active, and to show my thanks," she said.
