Leopardess hacked to death by villagers in UP

The two-and-a-half year old leopardess was attacked with sticks and spade by residents of Gangapur village after it sneaked into the human territory, DFO R K Singh said.

The animal was later hacked to death, he said.

Two people were arrested and five others booked in this connection, the DFO said.
