The model, 33, has been in contact with her spouse over their children Skyla, seven, and five-year-old Tennyson, but is unsure whether she wants to get back with him, reported Showbizspy.
"Nothing has been filed. It's still too early to tell what will happen. She is talking to and seeing Rupert now for the kids, but as far as the marriage (is concerned) she's still processing everything that happened.
"No decisions have been made. It's been very hard on her dealing with this and all the media attention. She is very strong and working through it and keeping private about it," a source said.
Recent reports claimed Ross has hired a celebrity lawyer and wants to move back to the UK as soon as possible.
"She has no strong ties in the US nor does she want to remain here. She has made it clear that she wants to move back to the UK with her children," a source had said.
