Life imprisonment till death to four in Bihar

A local court in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district ordered life imprisonment till death for four persons today in an eight-year-old murder case.

The court of Additional District Judge (3) Rama Shankar Singh delivered the judgement after convicting Radhe Shyam Chaudhary, Binod Chaudhary and Vishwanath Chaudhary for murdering four-year-old Rishabh Raj on August 8, 2006 and The court also imposed a fine of Rs 2 lakh each on them.

The incident happened at Maidapur village under Bochaha police station of Muzaffarpur district.

The three convicts, who killed Raj after embroiled in some dispute and harbouring enmity, were relatives of the child's father Dilip Kumar Chaudhary.
