The southwest monsoon further advanced in western Rajasthan as light to moderate rainfall was recorded at many places across the state in last 24 hours.
In eastern Rajasthan, Khushalgarh in Banswara district recorded 6cm rainfall followed by 5 cm each in Arthuna (Banswara district)and Govindgarh (Alwar district).
In west Rajasthan, Sanchore in Jalore district recorded 5 cm rainfall followed by 4cm in Sriganganagar Tehsil.

From 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, 6mm rainfall was recorded in Bikaner, 2 mm in Jaisalmer and 1 mm in Ganganagar.
Meanwhile, temperature remained in between 34 to 39 degrees Celsius at most of the places in the state.
MeT department has predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places in the state during the next 24 hours.
