Light rains at isolated places in Delhi

Mainly clear skies prevailed the national capital today with both the maximum and the minimum temperatures settling within levels normal for the season.

Some parts of the city received scattered light rains till 8.30 AM.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 37.8 degrees Celsius, a notch below the average, while the minimum temperature settled at 23.1 degrees Celsius, two notches below the normal.

The humidity oscillated between 63 per cent and 22 per cent for the day, said a Met department official.

The MeT office has predicted overcast conditions for tomorrow.

"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 39 and 25 degrees Celsius, respectively," the weatherman said.
