Agra received 5 mm rainfall, while Gunnaur and Sultanpur each recorded 4 mm rains, the Met office said here today. Rajghat, Shahganj, Baberu and Bah received 3 mm showers each.
Rain or thundershowers would occur at few places over western UP and at one or two places over east UP, the Met said.
Central Water Commission sources here said most of the rivers were either receding or maintaining static level barring Ganga which was showing rising trend from Dalmau to Ballia.
Sharda at Palia Kalan, Ghaghra at Elgin Bridge and Burrhi Rapti at Kakrahi were still flowing at the red mark, sources said.
