Light to moderate rainfall occurred at various places across the state in the last 24 hours.
Ramgarh in Jaisalmer district recorded 5 cm rainfall followed by 4 cm each in Pachpadra (district Barmer), Sanganer Tehsil (district Jaipur), Jamwaramgarh (district Jaipur), and Kathumer (district Alwar).
Various places recorded 1 to 3 cm rainfall during the period.

From 8.30 am to 5.30 pm today, Ajmer recorded 56.8 mm rainfall followed by 36.8 mm in Jaisalmer, 16.8 mm in Churu, 15 mm in Bikaner and 12.3 mm in Jaipur respectively.
With 39.4 degrees Celsius, Sriganganagar was recorded the hottest followed by 37.8 degrees Celsius in Churu, 36.4 degrees Celsius in Jaisalmer, 36.3 degrees Celsius in Jodhpur, 35.5 degrees Celsius in Bikaner, 35 degrees Celsius in Barmer and 34.5 degrees Celsius in Jaipur respectively.
The MeT department has predicted that heavy rainfall was likely to occur at isolated places in the state during the next 24 hours.
