Singer Lily Allen has ended her partnership with her manager Todd Interland and is looking for the right person to help guide her career.

The singer has parted ways with her long-time aide, who has looked after her music career since her debut in 2006, reported Contactmusic.

This comes after Lily slammed her record label for making her release 'rubbish' light-hearted pop songs like 'Air Balloon' from her comeback album 'Sheezus' over less commercially-viable tracks like 'Hard Out Here'.

"Lily guides her career herself a lot but will need someone new to work with her. Todd had been with her for a long time so it was a blow to lose him," a source said.

"She's looking around at the moment for the right person to help her make the correct decisions with her music."

Before finding a new manager, Lily, 29, is heading to Glastonbury festival this weekend, where she will take to the stage before Arcade Fire.

The mother-of-two - who temporarily quit the music industry in 2009 to raise her daughters Ethel, two, and Marnie, 16 months, with her husband Sam Cooper - recently said she felt frustrated by her lack of control over her music career.
