Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly left the Betty Ford rehab clinic less than six weeks after checking in for treatment to enter the rehab clinic in Malibu.
The 26-year-old starlet would benefit from serving the remainder of her 90-day sentence at a new place according to prosecutors, reported Us magazine.
Lohan first checked into Betty Ford on May 3, one day after checking into and out of the Morningside Recovery Center in Newport Beach, California.
The stay was mandated by the court as a result of her March no-contest pleas to reckless driving and lying to police; she also received an order to complete psychological counseling and 30 days of community service.
Having checked into rehab six times already, the troubled actress has voiced her skepticism about it being an effective intervention.
