Dina, 49, has created the show, about the parents who try to help their children make it big in the entertainment industry, reported Femalefirst.
"There is nothing more important to me than a parent standing behind their child and helping them fulfill their dreams," Dina said.
Production work for the series will begin this weekend and will run through the summer. A television network is yet to buy the project.
Dina is also mother to Michael, 24, aspiring actress Ali, 18, and 15-year-old Dakota, but she is no longer with their father, Michael Lohan.
