Ajit Singh (45) was returning to Dhapai village after finishing his duty from Powercom office late last night when some unknown persons attacked him, police said.
His body with multiple injuries and signs of strangulation was found abandoned in a sugarcane field today, they said adding that the criminals looted his entire cash and motor- cycle.
