A bootlegger was arrested in this connection and a motorcycle and 48 bottles of liquor were seized, Excise Inspector Upinder Singh said here.
In another raid, Singh seized a car loaded with smuggled liquor.
District Excise Officer Kuldeep Yadav said the liquor was meant to be used during local bodies elections.
Gautam Buddha Nagar district will have polling to local bodies on July 1.
