Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today directed officials to invite literatary personalites working for the promotion of the Telugu language as well as Telugu-speaking leaders for the World Telugu Conference to be held here from December 15.
A release from the CMO said that President Ram Nath Kovind is expected to attend the valedictory function. The release further mentioned that Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Maharashtra Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao would attend the inaugural function of the event.
The CM has said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu should also be invited for the event, the release stated.

It added that the CM also wanted sports persons including Saina Nehwal, P V Sindhu and Sania Mirza to be invitated for the conference.
