Litterateur Sankrityayan's manuscripts yet to be deciphered

Replying to a starred question by BJP MLA Arun Kumar Sinha, she said only a few of them have been deciphered by a Tibetan monk.

The rest of the manuscripts will be decoded and translated in other languages with the help of experts of the Tibetan language in Varanasi.

The manuscripts were brought to Patna from Tibet in 1929 and have been preserved properly, she added.
