A loader working at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) here has been apprehended for allegedly tampering with the registered luggage of a flier and stealing a deo spray bottle from it.
Officials said the incident was reported at about 1:30 AM today when sleuths of CISF intelligence wing detected the suspicious activity of the loader who was working to unload arriving baggages at terminal-III of the airport.
The loader, they said, has been identified as one Chandra Bhanu and the officials recovered a deo spray bottle from him during checking which was allegedly stolen by him from the baggage of an Indian flier coming from Frankfurt.
The passenger also later registered a complaint of theft from his registered baggage and the loader was handed over to airport police, they said.
