A local BJP leader was chargesheeted for allegedly acquiring two separate on the basis of forged documents, police said today.
The chargesheet was filed yesterday against the BJP leader Paras Jain by Civil Lines police here in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Narender Kumar, police said.
According to prosecution, a case was registered against Jain who is also chairman of Nagarpalika Parishad, Khatoli town for acquiring two passports in his name on the basis of forged documents in 2013.
