Stating that officials and the local MP could not solve the problem as it was the duty of the elected of bodies like district board and municipality to implement the projects, he said adding that he would talk to Chief Minister Arjun Munda on the issue tomorrow.
After taking part in a review meeting of development works in the district with top officials, including Deputy Commissioner and Deputy Development Commissioner, Sinha told reporters here that the project for revamping and repairing 51 roads in Hazaribagh town had not yet started.
"The roads are in very bad shape. All these roads have been cleared and funds sanctioned by Jharkhand government," he said.
"Unfortunately the work has not been done by the elected local bodies," he said.
