The Lokayukta Court would function from the multi-storey building situated near Vidhana Soudha, the state secretariat, from tomorrow, official sources said.
In the aftermath of the violent incidents witnessed at City Civil Court on March 2 in which a section of advocates targetted mediapersons and police, the Lokayukta court was shifted to Central Jail premises on the city outskirts.
Advocates protested the shifting of the court saying it inconvenienced them as they have to travel a long distance.
The Lokayukta court is hearing high profile cases involving former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa, H D Kumaraswamy and others.
