Deputy Speaker of Lok Sabha Karia Munda and former Union minister Subodh Kant Sahay today filed their nomination papers from Khunti and Ranchi Lok Sabha seats respectively.
Ajsu president and former Jharkhand deputy chief minister Sudesh Mahto also filed his papers from Ranchi seat, making it a multi-cornered contest.
The other candidates who have already filed papers from Ranchi are BJP's Ram Tahal Choudhary, Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantric)'s Amitabh Choudhary and CPI(M)'s Rajendra Singh Munda.

CPI (ML-Liberation) candidate Anjani Pandey and BSP's nominee Durga Munda have also filed papers.
Karia Munda filed papers from Khunti constituency and is facing Jharkhand Party's candidate and former minister Enos Ekka, who is on bail in connection with corruption charges, and Congress's Kalicharan Munda.
Both the Constituencies are going for polls on April 17.
