Atletico de Kolkata's marquee player and former Liverpool star Luis Garcia may be unavailable for a week after pulling a hamstring muscle just before the half time in their 1-1 draw against Delhi Dynamos FC in the ISL here today.
"He felt like a bit tired. We will check in 24 hours, he only needs to rest," Atletico de Kolkata manager Antonio Habas told reporters about his side's captain who was replaced by Rakesh Masih after the break.
Team manager Rajat Ghosh Dastidar said, "It's a hamstring injury and may take about seven days to heal."
Garcia's injury proved to be a setback for ATK as his replacement Masih was sent off in the 89th minute.
