Newcomer Luv Sinha, son of noted actor Shatrughan Sinha, is leaving no stone unturned to perfect his act in an upcoming film where he has to do some heavy duty action sequences.

Luv made his acting debut with 'Sadiyaan' (2010) which had big stars like Rishi Kapoor, Hema Malini and Rekha. Directed by Raj Kanwar, the did not do well at the box office, but Luv was nominated in the category of best male debut.

'Oh My God' fame director Umesh Shukla will direct a political thriller which would star Luv Sinha and her actress sister Sonakshi.

"The film has raw action. I have quite some action sequences to do in the film. For my role I am working on the physicality aspect. I am getting trained for it. I am working hard towards it," Luv told PTI, without divulging any details about the role.

"I am quite excited and looking forward to begin work on the film," he said.

The shooting for the movie is likely to begin from this year. Shukla will first direct a comedy starring Abhishek Bachchan.

Apart from this film, Luv also has some other projects in hand but he said it would be appropriate for the makers to talk about the same.
