Realty firm HDIL has partly repaid the outstanding loans to Andhra Bank and is in talks to settle the dues.
The company said in a clarification to the BSE and NSE on reports that Andhra Bank has dragged HDIL before NCLT.
"The company is in discussion with the bank for settlement of its balance outstanding dues and in fact have made part payment of its balance dues and are awaiting their decision in the matter," the Mumbai-based developer said in the regulatory filing.
"The application is neither admitted nor listed at the NCLT," it added.
