Pop queen Madonna's brother, artist Christopher Ciccone has married his partner Ray Thacker, who is a British hair dresser.
Madonna's brother updated his relationship status to "married" on a social networking site and shared a photo of the newlyweds after getting hitched in Beverley Hills, California, reported Hello magazine.
Christopher, 55, shared the news that he was engaged to be married to his hairdresser boyfriend on Thursday, writing on the post: "getting married tomorrow...Send gifts to my place."
On Friday he announced the marriage, sharing a photo of himself with his new husband with their arms around each other.
Madonna did not publicly congratulate her brother on his marriage, possibly due to the rift between the siblings that took place after Christopher published "Life with my Sister Madonna", a tell-all book which caused the pair to fall out.
However, Christopher confirmed that the pair had mended their relationship during an interview in 2012.
