"The plaintiff, neither has a prima facie case nor is going to suffer any irreparable loss, if no injunction is granted," Justice Vinod Kumar Sharma said dismissing the suit.
Regent Saimira Entertainment Ltd has filed the civil suit seeking to restrain Raajkamal Films International from going ahead with the film's release, slated for January 11, claiming that there were some payment of dues.
It contended that the defendants were liable to pay Rs 10.50 crore along with interest as per an agreement of April 2008.
In its counter, Raajkamal Films International said it did not owe any dues to Regent Saimira Entertainment Ltd.
