Mah govt to bring new policy for differently-abled soon: CM

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today said that the state government would soon formulate a policy to help the differently-abled people.

He was speaking after inaugurating q building of Purnamay Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled at Chandur Bazar near here.

While speaking about various schemes launched by his government for the welfare of farmers, Fadnavis said, "In order to help the local orange growers here, the government has inked an MoU with a soft drink giant Coca Cola."

Fadnavis said that the company would soon set up an orange processing plant at the land finalised in Morshi in the district.

"A food park would also be set up for processing agriculture produce," he said.
 

"Our government is always behind the poor and needy sections of the society. We have relaxed BPL condition from the handicapped and housing will be provided to the handicapped from all categories," he said.
