Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today announced an aid of Rs 83 crore to Amravati Municipal Corporation to enable it to complete developmental works.
Presiding over a meeting here this morning, Fadnavis assured to complete on priority work of underground drainage scheme, water supply and Rajapeth flyover and announced an aid of Rs 83 crore for the same.
"I will see that these works do not languish for want of money," he said.

The Chief Minister also announced to grant 0.33 increased FSI which, he said would fetch the civic body an income of Rs 100 to Rs 120 crore.
"This money should be treated as development fund and utilised for undertaking developmental works only," he added.
