Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today stressed the need for setting up processing industry as well as research to boost agriculture in state.
He inaugurated Patanjali dairy in Ahmednagar district.
On the occasion, the CM said his government was working to start agriculture processing industries and help of Patanjali (Group) would be sought in this regard.

He said the units working in agro-processing should take the lead to set up processing industry in the state.
"Yoga is an ancient culture of the country. Through Yoga, one can control mind and body. Baba Ramdev popularised Yoga in the country. He is not only a yoga guru but also an agriculture scientist. He uses science to strengthen agriculture. Apart from Yoga, he has also contributed for Ayurveda," the CM added.
