Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today said a pilot project for agriculture development will be implemented separately in Yavatmal and Osmanabad districts with help of state-of-the-art technology from Israel.
Fadnavis was speaking at a farm distress review meeting for these two districts, which seen a rise in farmers suicide in the past few months.
He said farmers problems and climatic conditions were different in both districts.

The Chief Minister asked authorities concerned to ensure electricity connections to both these districts and also strengthen health care facilities.
The project will focus on agriculture development, agriculture processing industries, Fadnavis added.
