Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis asked the administration today to expedite all approvals and clearances for the proposed Chhatrapati Shivaji Memorial, off the Arabian Sea.
Speaking at a review meeting to take stock of the project, Fadnavis said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would lay the foundation stone of the project.
He also asked the officials to appoint a project consultant.
The project includes a museum, auditorium, library, exhibition hall, amphitheatre and a life size statue of the warrior king.
