Maharashtra beat Vidarbha by six wickets to reach the Ranji Trophy cricket quarterfinals from Group B here today.
Vidarbha did well to make 391 after following on, thanks to Ravi Jangid (66), Urvesh Patel (87), Shalabh Shrivastava (54) and Rakesh Dhurv (59).
Chasing a 164-run target, Maharashtra got home in 30.5 overs. Rahul Tripathi remained unbeaten on 39 while Harshad Khadiwale made 42 at the top of the order.
