Union culture minister Mahesh Sharma today inaugurated the Noida Management Association's (NMA) 16th Annual Convention based on the theme 'Emerging Trends for business opportunity in India'.
"Search for better than best has been going on as management techniques are changing with change in technologies. If any project fails, it is not due to lack of infrastructure or facility but it is totally management failure. Managing from the available resources is big challenge for such personnel," said Sharma.
Best leadership award was given to Mahesh Gupta, Chairman Kent RO Systems.
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Make in India, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna, Digital India, etc were also discussed during the session.
