Mahindra Comviva to help Kuwait's Ooredoo boost VAS revenues

Mahindra Comviva, an Indian provider of mobility solutions, has entered the Kuwait market by announcing its first-ever strategic value-added service business management deal with a communications company in the Gulf country.

As part of the multi-year deal, Mahindra Comviva will manage Ooredoo Kuwait's end-to-end VAS business for premium services offering such as SMS alerts, international credit transfer, OTT app aggregation, etc.

Under VAS business management, Mahindra Comviva will extend services such as campaign planning, product management, road map planning, content operations and sourcing & setting up innovation lab along with technical assistance and monitoring.

Atul Madan, Head of Digital Services at Mahindra Comviva, said that the deal gives Mahindra Comviva access to the Kuwait market.
