Prices of maida and sooji rose up to Rs 20 per 50 kg in an otherwise steady wholesale grains market today on pick up in demand supported by festive season.
However, other grains including rice basmati held steady in restricted buying.
Traders said pick up in demand, triggered by festive season, attributed the rise in maida and sooji prices.
