Bhalla alias Jagdev, who had shot two girls, both residents of village Peedal in district Kaithal, was arrested from Jind this morning, police said.
Earlier, another accused in the case Sandeep alias Dipi, was also arrested. During the interrogation, Sandeep had revealed the possible locations of Bhalla.
In this incident, Shikha had died and Amandeep was still in hospital for treatment.
He said that Bhalla had even earlier fired at a doctor and was also arrested for planning a loot in district Kaithal in the year 2010.
