In thin trading, prices of maize and bajra were down by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today due to adequate supplies against reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said adequate supplies in the face of reduced offtake by consuming industries mainly kept pressure on maize and bajra prices.
In the national capital, maize and bajra were down by Rs 10 each to Rs 1,200-1,205 and Rs 1,180-1,185 per quintal, respectively.
