Press Trust of India New Delhi
Maize prices fell by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale market today owing to slackened demand from consuming industries against adequate stocks position.

However, other grains moved in a tight range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.

Traders said subdued demand from consuming industries against adequate stocks position mainly led to the fall in maize prices.

In the national capital, maize declined by Rs 10 to Rs 1,350-1,355 per quintal.
