Majithia refuses to apologise for controversial remarks

He said that first Rana should tender apology before all the Punjabis for taking the level of discussion in Assembly to such a "low level".

Majithia was interacting with the media persons after attending a ceremony here today.

He alleged the Congress leaders were unnecessarily making a hue and cry about his speech in Vidhan Sabha, as they had no other issue to misguide the people of the state.

He claimed that the position of law and order was much better in Punjab than the states being ruled by Congress.

He said that even in the report of National Crime Report Bureau (NCRB), there were eight Congress ruled states out of first ten where the law and order situation was worst in the country and Punjab do not figure any where.
