Barring a rise in malka prices on the back of pick up in retailers demand, other pulses held steady at the wholesale market today.
Traders said besides pick up in demand from retailers, restricted supplies from producing regions mainly led to the rise in malka prices.
Meanwhile, over 51,000 tonnes of pulses, out of 1.3 lakh tonnes seized during the raids, have been offloaded in the market so far as a part of the government's steps to boost domestic availability and control prices.
