Mamata asks UPA allies to take stand on'anti-people'decisions

"Time is running out to voice protest against many anti-people decisions like increase in diesel prices, fertilizer prices, restriction on use of LPG cylinders, introduction of FDI in retail, in pensions and insurance, etc., by UPA-II," Banerjee, the West Bengal chief minister said in a Facebook post.

"May I request the political parties supporting the UPA-II, to take stand in the interest of common people, so that anti-people decisions are not implemented.

"May I also seek public opinion on these issues?" she said.
