West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today congratulated Team India for winning the historic 500th Test against New Zealand at the Green Park in Kanpur.
Banerjee tweeted, "Congratulations Team India for winning the #500thTest. May India continue to shine in the world of all sports in the days to come."
India defeated New Zealand by 197 runs to win the first Test of the three-match series on the fifth day.
