A West Bengal Minister today said Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee will not bow "before the use of a Central agency under the Prime Minister".

"Mamata Banerjee will not take it lying low ... She will not bow her head before the Centre using a Central agency under the PM," state Education Minister and TMC secretary-general Partha Chatterjee told reporters here.

His comment came as TMC continued its protests over the issue and organised a procession in Kolkata today, while its MPs staged a protest outside Parliament House against Transport Minister Madan Mitra's arrest in connection with Saradha ponzi scheme and accused the Centre of misusing CBI.
