A revolver was recovered from Rahul Porwal's baggage when it was being screened by the DIAL security staff yesterday, a senior police official said.
Porwal was to board the GoAir's Delhi-Srinagar flight when he was asked to come for physical check of the baggage, in which the revolver was found.
When asked, he expressed ignorance saying his baggage was packed by his wife.
Though he produced photocopy of firearms license but it was valid for Uttar Pradesh only and upto May this year, the official said.
