Majid, brother of deceased Khushnuma, was on the run after he shot her dead in Khalapar area during the night of August 22 for tarnishing their family's image, police said.
The pistol which he used for the purpose has been recovered from his possession, they said, adding that he has allegedly confessed to the crime during interrogation.
In another incident, two unidentified bodies were found in a field in Malira village and have been sent for postmortem, they said.
