A 24-year-old man was arrested in Hnahthial town of Mizoram for allegedly raping a minor girl, the police said today.
Police said that when the girl was going to a church service on Sunday, the man waylaid her and allegedly raped her.
The accused was detained at the Hnahthial police station yesterday.
He will be produced before a district court at Lunglei, the police said.
