Birender Singh was apprehended from a house in Golf Links when he brought the liquor there following a tip-off, police said.
"Singh was asked to produce valid documents with respect to the liquor but he failed to do so. Singh, by smuggling the illicit liquor and keeping the same in his possession, has violated the provision of Delhi Excise Act," police said.
Investigators said the seized liquor was meant to be sold only in Haryana.
